Physical Health

       Drink 1/2 body weight in oz of water

    Not drink coffee

      Not drink soda

       Not drink alcohol
       Not smoke

      Not eat  out

      Take my lunch to work/school

     Not eat sweets/sugar

    No  eat meat

      Not eat salt

       No eat red meat

      Not eat pork

     No eat processed food

      Eat  a healthy breakfast

       Eat dinner by 7P

  I won’t skip meals

      I’ll only eat fruit for snacks

Not eat fried foods

      Walk 30 minutes/day

      Run 1-3 miles

      Exercise 30/min day

       Eat only gluten free

      Dairy free food

   Not eat bread

     Eat only whole grains

    Practice Yoga

     Not gossip

       Wear seat belt

  Drink only water and no other beverage
     Memorize a new scripture

    Pray

          Journal thoughts
