Before your first appointment Before your appointment please fill out assesment form and email or fax to office. Filling out form before appointment will save you a great deal of time. The form will allow us to have a deep understanding of you as an individual. This will allow for us to formulate herbs that are specific to your needs. There is no "one size fit all" when it comes to your health. You must inform us of any medications you are taking. This also should include any herbs or supplements that you are currently taking. This is very important. We must know in order to check for any possible herb and medication interactions.

Initial Appointment Your inital appointment is 1 hour and 1/2.  We will review your health history, assess your dietary and nutritional habits and needs. We will also do a Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue/pulse assesment. Follow-Up Appointment A follow-up appointment should be scheduled 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment. Any changes in your condition will noted. You will be completely re-assesed at this time. Also changes will be made to your herbal formula, and dietary regimen in relation to the progresss of your treatment. The number of follows-up will depend on the severity and seriousness of your health.

Healing Process Holistic healing is an in-depth process where healing occurs at the deepest levels. Illnesses and imbalances are not created overnight. Therefore healing won't  occur overnight. For every one year of illness it will take  1-3 months of  consistent, commited healing. So if you have had an illness for 3 years it will take 3-6 months of healing. Holistic healing addresses the underlying cause of an illness and does not just "mask symptoms". Ultimately your results will depend on on your intention and commitment to change your diet and lifestyle. Intention=Results
